Senior Manager l Accounting


  1. Supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities
  2. Establish appropriate practices for collecting client financial information, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information
  3. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the client’s accounting including:
    1. Month and Year-End Process
    2. Accounts Payable/Receivable
    3. Receipts & Payments
    4. General Ledger
    5. Payroll and Utilities
    6. Revenue and Expenditure Variance Analysis
    7. Account Reconciliations
    8. Fixed Asset accounting
    9. Other requirements [Business/Client Specific]
  4. Provide guidance to the team to Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  5. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles are adhered to
  6. Coordinate and complete annual audits of clients
  7. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure appropriate financial reporting and come up with practices to improve efficiency
  8. Recruit and hire new employees
  9. Training, Appraisals, Career Planning
  10. Align team performance to Organizational Goals


  1. Relevant experience as team manager in F&A domain
  2. Capable of handling team of 10-20
  3. Good Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  4. Prior experience of working in BPO is preferred
  5. CA /CPA/ACCA with 5 to 7 yrs of desired experience
  6. ICWAI/ MBA with 8-10 yrs of experience
